I would build as septic system implies for more privacy from that other house that seems to only be there part of the year.. when I was there there were few folks around in august this year., about 1/2 full time people and 1/2 part time people. It is Not lakefront or lake an access. have to trailer boat to put in on nanthala or rent at the marina a boat space.
